A terrible experience and seemingly dishonest. I am a traveller from Australia and purchased an expensive carafe. I paid for freight and was assured the product would be beautifully packed and was insured. Neither was true, it was poorly packed and apparently the insurance means nothing. The parcel arrived and the carafe was broken - several emails and international phone calls has resulted in no resolution. An email just received denied liability and said I didn't meet the insurance criteria - NOT TRUE!!What criteria - what a scam - don't be fooled by their pleasant demeanour.A word of advice - they speak with forked tongue.
